In this episode, Amanda Earl mindset and purpose coach shares how she supports clients to find more passion and fulfillment in their life and work. Amanda shares how she shifted from people pleasing, misery, suffering, disconnected from herself, feeling lost and who she thought she should be to who she truly is now.  

How Amanda got grounded, and clarity and link her life’s experiences to where she wanted to take them into her future. 11 years later with lululemon where Amanda was so connected to the business’s values.  

Amanda helps others get clarity for their purpose. After walking this road herself, Amanda is true authenticity and knows how to connect inwards, to pause, reflect and find joy. 

90% of people come home most days and do not feel fulfilled in what they are doing, Amanda’s goal is to flip the number upside down to help people feel they are making an impact.

We have no control over the other persons response to our boundaries, however Amanda shares her tips on how to create boundaries or shifting an existing boundary that is no longer serving us.
